I have no idea where the rumor started. Yes, I understand that it was a popular rumor that was propagated for years. Maybe they were just playing nice with the neighbors. Several years ago, manager Kevin Shipmon actually talked to the local government, and it was discovered that ordinances define an 11pm curfew.
