This is a good point. My wife has been working a covid icu unit at work (nurse). Her hospital is giving the malaria drug to all covid patients, and every patient on the covid floor all have kidney issues due to the drug. She hasn’t talked about it a lot but says it’s really bad. Some young people very sick too. Fellow nurses on ventilators and other fellow nurses checking on family members who are sick. Hopefully we don’t get it. She worked yesterday 7p-7a had 4 patients and all of them crashed but they got them all stable before her shift ended. Who knows for how long though.

Canted, glad you posted the interview. The Italian government has allowed the Chinese to take over ownership of the fashion industry, Fiat Chrysler most all of which is located in Milan, northern Italy. This is the epicenter of the outbreak in Italy. The Italian government has allowed China to gain a foothold in the financial markets as well. In an effort to prop up the Italian markets they, Italian government, has sold their soul to the Chinese Communist. It should also be known that the communist party has a lot of influence in Italy. To many people in the past have fallen for the allure of communism/socialism/ Marxism. We can look to Italy for what our future holds by following this false promise. Another big issue is that with socialized medicine the medical profession cannot react fast enough to the problem, a major contributor to the high number of infections and deaths. Also the life style of most older Italian is really bad, smoking, obesity, diabetes and sedentary. Plus the population density in the major cities is off the wall, much like NYC, Chicago, New Orleans. The epicenter of Milan and the Lombardy region covers all these points. My relatives are from southern Italy, Brindisi. Not as near as dense, much warmer climate on the Adriatic. Again, thanks for the post.

I grew up in the age of Polio and lost several of my friends in our St. Paul neighborhood. I clearly and vividly remember hearing our next door neighbors mother screaming when an electrical storm shut off the electricity to her sons iron lung. When a cure for COVID-19 is discovered I will be inoculated, that's my choice. If anyone decides to not be inoculated that's their choice, the Government will not hold a gun to your head. Just don't let arrogance cause you, and more importantly the others around you, to become infected. You are welcome to your choice, just stay away from me and my family. Bob

The only vaccines/immunizations I have are the ones required from 1973 when I was born and whatever ones were suggested thru like age 4-5 and I will remain that way or I will leave the country when I am forced to take any other vaccine. PERIOD! Shane Carr "Sugar Shane"

I have no problem at all with your convictions...If you're willing to die before you'll be told to vaccinate for a known deadly illness then have at it...But please do leave the country if you're willing to die instead of preventing it's spread to me or my loved ones.... I agree with you're right to your convictions and would die to protect them...Just hope you're not full of shyt like most of the people that say "I'm leaving the country IF..." While I'm willing, as an American citizen, to die for your rights, I'm do not want to die for your personal decisions..This message has been edited. Last edited by: imakehp, . Dave F J B

Don't see anywhere in my post I was pushing my "personal convictions" I did make reference to others convictions...maybe you're confused by that? . Dave F J B

Once again you make no fuc'n sense....if you want to continue to talk to or about me, I'm going to require you to make some attempt to communicate in a rational and/or understandable format.....Maybe try to just say wtf you're trying to say.....I guess you fear what you have to say is of no value so you keep posting youtube videos in an attempt to state your positions for you....just say what you're wanting to get across to people here and quit trying to impress people with how smart you think these cut & paste articles and Youtube videos make you.... . I've read enough of James Wilson works and am somewhat familiar with Corn Laws to feel comfortable I have absolutely NO need to seek out or read The Economist. So no, I have no idea what point their cover could be making, nor do I care for that matter.... Are you endorsing or promoting their liberal publication? Or liberalism in general? If so, I apologize for attempting to establish a coherent dialog with you.....I understand now that would be an impossible task... . Dave F J B

Unlike you I'll make this simple ...... You asked me what the symbolism of a child holding one end of a leash on a magazines cover could mean....I answered I could not begin to answer because I would never, and have never, read liberal publications in general and that magazine in particual ... You asked who owned the magazine....I was vaugly familiar with the actual founder, and his philosophies, and assume is the bases of the theme of the publication and would suffice for an answer to your question. You asked, and I related, what I knew about the magazine..... I consider any such knowledge as a necessary evil only..."As in know your enemy" You have to be clearer, or at least less cryptic, for me to make more sense of your ramblings....or be more "intuitive" Sorry, I only deal in common sense .
