One of Dictator Biden's picks I think for CIA Racial Diversity said that "Racial Diversity is more important than QUALIFICATIONS" She was even asked what about Doctors and pilots? She said Racial diversity is most critical and that "White people lack Melatin?? (sp?) and are inferior mentally, physically and Spiritually" She also said white people should not be allowed to go to college. So she would rather have a Black Doctor or Pilot doing her surgery or flying the plane than one more qualified.

This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.
Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.
