Making a list of tracks I've raced at might be a winter time project of mine.
Someone needs to start a thread "Tracks you've raced at that are no longer open" for us old guys.
I used to be a people person, but people ruined that.

Two reasons why I never raced at those tracks, the first was because I was employed by my very wealthy Uncle (Sam) in the mid 1960’s. The Army wouldn’t give me time off to go racing. Where they shipped me basically nothing was paved. The second reason for not racing at those tracks was because they were small Circle Track facilities with, as far as I know had no drag racing.
The Vineland New Jersey ran a few drag races on their paved front straightaway from turn 1 toward turn 2, over the high banked berm into the small pit area. Wings and a parachute were required.
Reading Fairgrounds (dirt) ran Saturday night drag races from turn 4 down the front straight into turn 1. I did however drive a modified there for a few years in the mid to late 1950’s. A few years later (thanks to Carl Rose and several fiends) Maple Grove started 1/8 mile racing on a paved surface. Later, as it remains today, it became a full 1/4 mile drag strip.
My original list is short about 4 or 5 Drag Strips, I’m still working on adding to that list.
47 Tecate, Baja Mexico (NEVER do that again) 48 Mexicali, Baja Mexico (nice track)

Vargo was a 1/4 mile track near Perkasie,Pa. not far from Maple Grove closed in 1969. Queen City was was on an airstrip in Allentown also near Maple Grove. Hatfield was the very short front straight of an oval track. I thought maybe you forgot them since you had Maple Grove and all the other tracks in that area listed.

Salt Lake City is closed but I don't see how that would stop you
I'd add Firebird Raceway in Boise instead. Norwalk of the West
