How about entries trying to qualify for 16 slots? I'd say the eliminator has arrived. Take care. Tom Worthington

If it seems that bracket racing has gotten too expensive for you, maybe you are just doing it wrong.

Yes but not even close to where they should be. I think 50lbs.. None are showing it all.

If none of the Dodges make the field, how fast do you think they will change the rules to benefit them?

Probably Monday morning at 8 am is my guess. If DSR gets pissed,it will happen quickly.

Like I stated on CR, it’s High Stakes HP/ET Poker! They would be a fool to show their hand this early. Late season management...

Mopar was the only manufacturer that didn’t apply for changes. Same combination as last year while Ford and Chevrolet have new superchargers

Ford gets more cubic inches this year and the twin intercooler supercharger.

Chevy gets a new supercharger far more efficient than last year.

Mopar didn't get squat. They did not think NHRA would ever give the other manufacturers speed parts they didn't get and got caught with their pants down.

It will change next week to bring parity to the class.

It is a great class, lots of cars, fun to watch, difficult to get right.

Ryan Priddy was 1st alternate and got in when Eakins broke. He made it to the second round.
Yes all of DSR were upset thinking they wouldn't qualify. Also Pritchett and Pawuk were not happy being parked out in the road course more than a mile from the lanes. They ended up moving into the sportsman pits a lot closer when Dylan Stott lost early.

I'm not in a bad mood, I just look that way.........

Also, David Barton blew a head gasket and the water from his car put him into the wall. He's OK but Wolkowitz the car owner not so much.

Was glad to see Ryan get in. Bless their hearts... not happy about being parked with the rest of the world? I’m sorry but FS is not Pro. But it is quickly becoming the spendy so called Stock class.. It’s a poker game right now period. If you think Mopar is behind just watch... The top teams have the best of the best.

The whole team is great, Ryan deserved it. Great guy, crazy and fun at the same time.

Bobby is a world class fabricator and welder and is another crazy guy.

Just saw this on Classracer

NHRA Technical Department Makes Parity Adjustment to the SAMTech.edu NHRA Factory Stock Showdown

Based on SAMTech.edu NHRA Factory Stock Showdown performance numbers from the first race of the 2019 season, the NHRA Technical Department is increasing the supercharger top pulley size on the 2019 COPO 350 combination from 3.350 inches to 3.500 inches and the 2019 Cobra Jet 327 combination from 3.250 inches to 3.500 inches. This will decrease the 2019 COPO 350 combination supercharger overdrive from 147.5 percent to 136.6 percent overdrive or 10.9 percent. Additionally, this will decrease the 2019 Cobra Jet 327 combination supercharger overdrive from 146.2 percent to 128.6 percent or 17.6 percent. As a reminder, no other changes may be made to all approved superchargers, including, but not limited to: (upper or lower pulley sizes, gear ratios, cases, rotors, etc.). All other permitted combinations in the SAMTech.edu NHRA Factory Stock Showdown will remain unchanged. This rule change will go into effect immediately. NHRA reserves the right in the future to make additional rule changes to control performance and maintain parity in the category.
