Nhra will be racing at Nhra owned tracks until Sept 11th when they will be at Reading. Hopefully the China virus will be under control better than now. NFL starts September 10th as well. So maybe both sports will be able to have spectators. If so I believe Nhra will complete the season. If not.....???

Your dreaming! Hope is not a strategy. The far left is prepared to bankrupt the country and all that live here, in an effort to stop trump from being reelected. That said, The MG national event will he cancelled as will the NFL season. The MLB season is on life support now and the plug will be pulled before the month is over.

As we all know, this is a sport for all of us.. This is just one of the extras in life. The health of the country is paramount to all of us.The utmost is the health of our families will always comes first at any cost. There is fear and uncertainty. And people adapt..If racing has to be put on the back burner, so be it.. The nation as one has and will pull together as in past history.

Are you drunk? Do you realize how much the "HRA's" and dragracing contribute to the economy? How many racing related businesses and the people that work in the racing industry are and will continue to suffer.
How many people make their living off of racing, in manufacturing, parts sales, racing for a living, having vehicles and equipment that are financed?
How many are going to be in the middle of the snowball effect? Hundreds of thousands.
Thousands of businesses will be affected, along with hundreds of thousands of people.
Wake up.
It aint about just you.

1320 and Bad News HAVE it 100% ACCURATE.

Thats the problem, DEMS and Sheeple only care about themselves instead of the WHOLE COUNTRY.
You can tell the people that are only for themselves AND are still working/getting paid by their "let's keep everything shutdown" attitude for this BS virus (like Fauci and all the follow the leader doctors).
There are MILLIONS of people that haven't worked/gotten a paycheck since March.
THINK ABOUT THEM, NOT YOURSELF (oh, I forgot, that is not the DEMOCRAT way, of me, me, me).

Here's a fact for you, I work in a hospital/medical school. They offered FREE testing to 500 RANDOM employees.
Out of the 500 employees 88 tested POSITIVE but had no symptoms or felt bad and were just working/doing their normal thing.
Moral of the story is this is Democrat BS designed solely to try to KILL our ECONOMY and beat TRUMP.
It's just a coincidence that the Dems want the $600 per week to last to the end of the year, why, to BUY VOTES.

Let's OPEN our COUNTRY 100% and put people back to work NOW.
Due to being shutdown EVERYTHING has gotten CRAZY expensive.
Just try to buy an appliance or furniture or a vehicle.

No Nations have ever survived an overbearing government. Failure might be the best way to get rid of the socialist views of Americans. We think about how powerful China is, but 75 years ago, they were thanking us for saving them from the Japanese.

Bankruptcy means not enough revenue to service your debt. Why would the NHRA have any debt? Other than 2 or 3 race tracks that presumably were paid for many years ago, what do they even own?

Nhra has fixed debt such as property taxes and insurance on owned tracks. Lease payments on Pomona and other non-owned tracks. Payments on equipment, ie; trucks, trailers, etc. If chapter 11 the trustee will negotiate a reduction in overhead. Probably layoffs and reduced salaries. If reductions are not accomplished then the chapter 11 will convert into chapter 7. If (a big if) nhra does file bankruptcy then I'm sure they will be fine and come out stronger then ever.

Did you take any socialist government free handouts over the last several months?

I didn't take a penny. Didn't need too, because I saw this coming long ago.

Qualify your claims by answering the question Roger, eh?.

You can't.

Mike, you know d a m n e d good and well there is no such thing as a free hand out, socialist or democratic. We gave our 'stimulus' check to the church where it will do some good, hopefully.

If you believe, post, or perpetuate the idiotic rumor that NHRA is, has, or will be filing for bankruptcy you also believe Jeffrey Epstein killed himself. That’s how stupid you are.
Share as you will.

Me, my wife and all my children are all blessed to be working. We all gave our handouts to local food banks.

You keep proving that you're a special kind of stupid.

That's a positive sign, if you take it for what it's worth.

Double Trouble,

Was the Mile High Nationals amongst those events? The reason I ask is that I'm entered and my friends from Colorado say they just don't see it happening.

Thinking about transferring my entry to the Dallas race in October.
