Guys, you don't REALLY think the multi-millionaires will pay ANY gains taxes on their
unrealized gains. Don't believe it for a second.
It's pretty simple, corporations do it all the time with their cash, it's called legal MONEY LAUNDERING.
Or for the rest of us it's called LLC's.
You need to remember, these taxes are for gains to a person, NOT an entity, so when the money gets pulled out to or from an LLC it is NOT counted as personal income because it's to/from a business.
That's how the millionaires I know get around paying ANY INCOME tax because they show they have NO income and get on the FREE Biden Buck programs. Even their home is in an LLC (and cars and trucks, etc), then they rent the home (or vehicles, etc) from the LLC so they (personally) don't own anything and make NO $$ and they can qualify for the FREE STUFF.

You need to remember, when Trump won in 2016 the Dems had NOT rigged the electoral votes yet, now that they have he stands NO chance of winning. Connecticut and all the DEM states have cooked the books changing their laws to where the person with the majority of the votes gets ALL the votes where as in 2016 if it was a 60/40 split that's what the electoral votes showed. Clinton had 60% and Trump had 40%, now Clinton would get ALL 7 of Connecticuts electoral votes so the 40% HAS NO VOTE.
All the other Dem states have instituted this so YOUR VOTE DOES NOT COUNT in Dem states (unless you're a Dem).

So YES, ONLY 16 states are needed to decide our elections for all 50 states, sad but true, the minority beats the majority.

Unfortunately Trump doesn't have the finances to compete with her, she has received over half a BILLION in donations, and almost $50 million immediately after the debate and she has only been in the mix for 50 days.
Trump has a little of $250 million TOTAL.
So get used to paying CRAZY HIGH prices because it is going to be the NEW NORM. (I wish it wasn't true but the facts speak for themselves)
Believe me, I hope I'm wrong but from what I see we are screwed.

Trump spent less than 1/2 of what Clinton spent and still won. My prediction is Trump will win by taking 300 electoral votes. Trump is holding back $133 million for the final stretch and they will spend it intelligently. Can you imagine another 4 years of this crap?

Frank, almost all states have been doing “winner take all” for electoral votes since 1836. Nothing has changed since 1992 there, when Nebraska went the other way and began splitting their votes.

Had this same discussion with man at gas pump last week. Do you think 187 corporations are backing Harris because they feel their taxes will be raised if god forbid she gets into white house? I said nope not even close.

NC is reported to be 50/50. In the more liberal areas it maybe. Here it is more like 75/25. I do not see anyway it is even close, but then stupidity is running wild in America lately.

Two thing everyone needs to do. Get out and vote and on the way home stop and buy ammo in case. If Trump wins the left will be ready to burn America down. If Harris is to be installed like biden and a toilet. It will probably get real ugly too if not after election after they start pushing more liberal socialist bs on to us.

NO! Not true, one example if you invested in stock and if it's worth more now than when you bought and then sold it you would pay that tax in this case on the profit made.

Exactly and why I pulled my dues and COPE money from them!

I love a green lawn and was raised by a single parent in a middle class neighborhood and have aspirations and dreams about winning the Bakersfield divisional in a couple of weeks.

say, rental property owner or house flipper has a net worth of $100M+. Unrealized gains will add to the cost of each home, be it a rental or a flipper. That doesn't help "us" any does it? It does, however, help the government. And people talk about corporate greed, but we don't want to talk about government greed?
