1. Using child labor is not the same as disrespecting the United States.
2. Nike was hardly alone in that practice. Frankly that should have been grounds for stopping trade with China.

I will assume that you believe that child labor is infinitely more severe than the interpretation of the flag being disrespected correct?

Don't assume anything about me.
What you don't have to assume, is that I think trade with China overall hurts us more than helps us. And child labor issues should have been an additional reason to stop doing business with them.
I also think that Kaper**** is a disrespectful twat that aims to get more attention from his acting out than what his level of talent would ever get him. It has little to do with attention for his cause. It has everything to do with selling his brand..himself. Just because Nike bought it hook line and sinker doesn't mean the rest of the people in this country with a brain in their skulls should.

And, there is no infinitely better anything. It's obvious that you want to do some polarizing of your own. If truth and facts don't support your agenda, it's infinitely more effective to twist things around until they do. I assume. Roll Eyes

Truth and fact is you have no idea what's going on in Kaepernick's head. You assume he is being disrespectful and not kneeling for what he believes is injustice. Even after he has explained that. So who is twisting what to fit their agenda?...By the way I stopped watching football after they let the dog torture quarterback back in to play.

Nike will soon die of Colin Cancer anyway.

You have to put in the effort, to get anything out of it.

Athletes and actors are dancing monkeys thats sole purpose is to entertain people why would anybody get upset with what comes out of a monkeys mouth when they forget what their place in this world is? Their owners need to do better at disciplining them and make sure they just stay on the stage and dance is all, cant blame the monkey being a monkey, they dont have the ability to think for themselves.

As far as the sweat shop deal goes, they frickin better be payin them less than 20 cents a day or find some kids that will work for less. If the a holes refuse to have everything made in the USA im not paying made in USA prices for gook made clothes.

Federer left Nike this year for Uniglow. They are paying him $30m a year for 10 years. Not bad huh.......

Wonder what Roger thinks about the ex-SF QB now on Nikes payroll.

He!!, what should he care, he is worth so much $$$ that creep probably has no meaning in his life.

Truth and fact - I don’t care what goes on in Kaepernick’s head, nor what goes on in your head. Stand up for the damn anthem. Protest on your own time, not at work.

On your own time! Not while taking money from an employer or being paid cash to protest. That's a whole other matter.

As far as I know, they never did. He gave up his career to stand up for others. Pretty noble of him.
