Not good at all and needs to be dealt with but the picture isn't quite as you paint it. There is a great deal of wasteful spending from the DOD I grant you.

One thing nobody bothers to mention these days is that when the rapist back in the 90's was part of the cabal that convinced Ukraine to give up their nukes a deal was made by several nations that they would protect Ukraine in the future!
IF the arms that are being promised now had been supplied to them while putin was saber rattling he may have had second thoughts about invading!
