I'll never forget my father calling me and asking if I had the TV on. Which we never did in the morning. He said turn it on! I still have many questions and my heart still hurts for everyone involved.

My daughter called and I turned on the TV just as the second plane hit--Been to the memorial in PA but not NY.

I was on leave from Germany when it happened.
