The latest insanity from Democrats in the California Legislature:
Bicyclist can now ignore stop signs, if they run into your car you are at fault. Oh happy day for Trial Lawyers, a new "Cottage Industry" is born. The next phase is that people with insurance will be required to paint "I am wealth" on all four sides of their vehicles to make identifying which vehicle to collide with easier, and more profitable.
We have morons in our State Legislature. Time to open a bicycle shop, sales will go through the roof!
