Ya got me! But it's not the first time "on these pages". I use to right (sic) technical programs for about 3+ years. So I'm aware of spelling and grammar, however the older I get the less I sweat the small shyt. But when that's all you got I guess you have to try and make an issue with it.

I apologize for the comment, but at the same time I will automatically disregard the comment to at least some extent when I see that sort of thing. Something to keep in mind when you are willingly disregarding proper usage when you allegedly know better.

Not that any minds are being changed here. We’re just shouting past/over each other.

Wasn't the idea of increasing tariffs, to incentivize Mexico and Canada in helping us stop the flow of drugs and Illegal Immigrants?

Actually it wasn't a bad idea. When Mexico and Canada agree to the plan/assistance there won't be a increase tariff tax.

China on the other hand wouldn't agree to any proposal under any circumstance. Then buy elsewhere and hurt their economy. Reminder: America is China's largest customer.

New vendor suggestions: Mexico and/or Canada. Closer location no costly over-sea transportation. Reward those that help The United States and tax those that don't

Everybody wins, unless of course you are in the drug traffic or coyote business, then it sort of sux.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Just spent 3 days of racing at Bradenton Birds race. I proved the 10 month layoff made me a newbie.

As far as optimism, the election results appear to have boosted morale/outlook among most I have met across all age groups/genders/racial types.

Today The San Diego County Board of "Stupid" Advisors, mostly Hispanic and/or active Immigration Advocates, voted 3-1 to block Federal Authorities from removing Illegal Immigrants from the County regardless if that individual committed a crime, using whatever means available.

FYI:
Interfering with a Federal Officer in the performance of his legal duty constitutes a Federal offense in and of itself. That individual, interfering can be arrested and jailed. Being a Member of a County Board does NOT exempt anyone from prosecution.

Very soon San Diego County will need new members on the County Board Of Supervisors, the old ones will be in jail. Tom Homan will be busy.

This is going to be entertaining when Homan gets rolling.
No doubt he'll pick one of these jurisdictions making all of the stupid threats about what they are going to do.
Also in an area where the judges will obey the CONSITUTION with their rulings!

Before anyone decides it would be a good idea to interfere with a Federal ICE Agent while arresting/deporting an illegal alien, perhaps it would be a better idea to first read;

Federal Statute 18 USC 111

Federal Statute 8 USC 1324

Of course once you are in jail you will have a lot of time to read these two Statutes.
