BREAKING NEWS: HILLARY CLINTON acknowledges that it 'would have been better' to have used an official government email account to conduct official business while she was secretary of state, rather than use her personal email and server — but claims she broke no rules, as the State Department announces it eventually will make public 55,000 pages of emails from her account.

Whether you are Dem or Rep, you got to ask yourself a question.

If you believe Ms. Clinton is telling the truth, and has told the truth in all her other "adventures", Do you really want someone with a history of making such bad decisions in the White House? I realize she would not be the first, but why do it again if you know going in that she made all those "unfortunate decisions".

AP sues State over Clinton emails

New York (CNN)—The Associated Press filed a lawsuit against the State Department on Wednesday to obtain email correspondence and other information from Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

The AP said it had been trying to pry the emails out of the government agency through Freedom of Information Act requests for several years. The requests "have gone unfulfilled," the news wire service said.

The lawsuit -- filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia -- said the State Department "should be compelled to abide by the law, perform reasonable searches and promptly release all of the requested records."

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Associated Press filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the State Department to force the release of email correspondence and government documents from Hillary Rodham Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

The legal action comes after repeated requests filed under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act have gone unfulfilled. They include one request AP made five years ago and others pending since the summer of 2013.

Has anyone bothered to run the numbers?

If Ms. Clinton was in office for approx. 4 years, and had 62,320 e-mails sent/received during that time, that would be over 40 e-mails a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.

considering time spent eating, sleeping, showering, giving speeches, appearing before congress, and actually doing her job, just when did she have time to send all these e-mails?

State Department challenges Clinton claim that emails to officials ‘immediately’ saved

A State Department spokeswoman said Friday that the department did not start automatically archiving emails from senior officials until February of this year -- raising questions about Hillary Clinton's claim that her emails were "immediately" saved whenever she corresponded with colleagues.

Valerie Jarrett Leaked Hillary’s Private Email Use to Press

Vengeful Obama confidante Valeria Jarrett went through back channels to leak Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to the press, an explosive new report reveals.

The New York Post‘s Edward Klein reports that a source familiar with Bill Clinton said that the former president told him: “The Obamas are out to get us any way they can.”

Jarrett blamed the Democratic party’s 2014 midterm losses on the Clintons’ insinuations that Obama’s unpopular policies, including executive amnesty for foreigners gobbling up American jobs, made the president an “albatross” around the reigning party’s neck.

Jarrett, Obama, and Obama’s wife greeted Hillary as a triumvirate of black liberals at the White House after Democrats got thrashed at the voting booth. Under the watchful eyes of his wife and closest senior advisor, Obama told Hillary, the former first lady of Arkansas, in no uncertain terms he would remain “neutral” in the 2016 election — signaling he would not, in fact, support the Clinton candidacy that the media call “inevitable.”

Ambitious Democrats are scheming to kneecap a Hillary candidacy before she declares she’s running.

“Hillary Clinton’s camp late Sunday issued a significant clarification about the steps they say were taken to review thousands of personal emails before they were deleted, claiming her team individually read ‘every email’ before discarding those deemed private. Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill made the clarification in a written statement to Fox News.
