Barak Obama
I'll bet anyone that with Barack Obama as President and Steve Chu as Energy Secretary oil will be back near or over $100/barrel by the end of the summer.

If the socialist donkies keep their threat and ban off-shore drilling again it won't take nearly that long!
The oil price began dropping as soon as President Bush dropped administation policies against the drilling even though it was really only symbolic.

Undoubtedly the socialist liberal kooks are celebrating 0boy making it easier to get records from the President Bush administration!
What a sensible person has to realize is these rules were put in place by President Bush when he entered office to protect the rapist and the crooks associated with him.
The conservative organizations that were thwarted then are going to dust off their suits and the 90's administration is going to be the fall guy because of this action!!!!!!!!!!!

Robert Reich, Economic Advisor to Obama, testified before Pelosi that the stimulus package needs to be structured such..........

"I am concerned, as I’m sure many of you are, that these jobs not simply go to high-skilled people who are already professionals or to white male construction workers. ...I have nothing against white male construction workers. I’m just saying that there are a lot of other people who have needs as well."

Obama's Secretary of Treasury said he's sorry for being a tax cheat. I guess that's ok since he comes from Wall Street. Roll Eyes

What really concerns me is if Geithner is so brilliant then why wasn't he sounding the alarm about this financial meltdown two years ago? As a player in the Federal Treasury, didn't he see what was happening? Not paying your taxes is bad enough, but being asked to clean up a financial mess you didn't see coming in the first place seems even worse.

So there is no double standard when somebody comes out and publicly praise Bush's tax plan and then fail to pay?

How am I sugarcoating?

I'm sure it would. What would you do?

I run my own business, so that "if" is a major stretch and doesn't make sense in the first place. So, perhaps you meant, "If I didn't have work", in which case I would pursue some other projects that I have put on the back burner for a number of years.
I don't think I like the sounds of a "fereral" job. LMAO! Assuming you meant a government job, why on EARTH would I want a government job?

Does a federal job look good to you, Bob? What would you do?

State and Federal jobs pay good with extras to boot. You may take another path but we are talking about Federal jobs being available under Obama.

How do I become unemployed? I hardly advertise my business, and I have more than enough work. (In fact, my business has been growing consistently over the years) If work slowed down, I might actually advertise to get business from the hundreds of racetracks and tens of thousands of racers out there. If motorsports evaporated, then I'd advertise my design and printing services to more 'mainstream' businesses. The only way to fail is to give up. Sorry to disappoint.

Your hypothetical is akin to, "If you were stranded on a deserted island..." It's completely unrealistic in my situation. I guess in an unrealistic world you could call that sugarcoating. Roll Eyes Why is personal responsibility so anathema?

Still no answer: What job would you do for the federal gov't?

Is it better to create Federal jobs or manufacturing jobs?

Most of these socialist liberal kooks are socialist liberal kooks because they have zero ambition and are satisfied to be told what to think and feel by the union goons, the msmm and the socialist donkies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like I posted elsewhere being a liberal/socialist/marxist is the easiest decision in the world, they're told how to feel and think with no deliberating or thinking required on their part!!!!!!!!!

Seems a Reporter had the nerve to question Obama why he would place a former lobbyist of a major defence contractor in the Pentagon.

I would think that Mr Lynn, the former lobbyist, would not qualify under Obama's own "Executive Ethics Order"?

0boy's mouth piece sure is living up to his reputation in front of the press, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
He may as well announce at the outset, "there isn't a soul around here that has a clue about anything, let's just talk about the weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Did you also notice Obama threatens not to be their friend any more if they are going to "grill" him about issues.

Actually, I didn't have a problem with his response. There will be a press conference - ask questions then. I'd be annoyed with a pack of media papar***i, too. I know, "that's his job", but every second of every day is a little over the top.
