Obama or his people did "NOT" renew the LSV/NEV part of Federal Tax Credits (Clean Air Act) that was signed into law in October of 2008 by Bush and that was passed by the Senate/House,Democrats.
He wants to Take tax payer money,and GIve it away to the Losers,not help the Producers.

It was a Credit "IF" you bought a Electric Vehicle and had or owed that much Federal Tax money.

You got YOUR money back as a credit and had to add money to that to get a Vehicle.
There has always been a 10% Federal tax credit on Fully Electric Cars and LSV vehicles.

There is still a 10% of the purchase price Federal tax Credit.
Why,They want Electric cars on the roads.

I am a Star,Ezgo,American Sports Worker certified dealer.

EZGO didnt make LSV cars they do now,Star has since day one.
The credit was $5335.60.
How many of you paid that much in Federal taxes in 2009?
The customer had to Pay for the cart up front to us.
The cost was from around $7000.00 to $12,000 for the LSV vehicles.
So you had to have that money to pay for it.
90% wrote a ck for the vehicle.
