Jerry MockIt was found about 5 years ago by the California Air Research Board (CARB) that 29% of the smog in the Los Angeles/Long Beach harbor comes from China! That being said, myself and many other small trucking companies were virtually put out of business by CARB. I still get perioticals from Richie Brothers Auction from California showing like new diesel equipment of all types, up for auction because CARB deems it not capable of passing their strict emission(s) standards!
