This year KDS Motorsports will allow trans brake and two step in Modified ET. This is consistent with long standing IHRA rules. Attached is a link to the 2026 IHRA rule book. Lots of folks got upset about this move and made their voices known. At their 1st points race a couple weeks ago, they had all of the Modified ET racers take part in a poll at the registration trailer. To vote on no box vs true footbrake. True footbrake won and they are not going no-box now.
