By the way, the construction on 22 was no problem at all.

It was a nice turnout, on a perfect weather day. Great job by the track crew, keeping the program running at a nice pace.

I'd heard the same about traffic, that it moved steady Saturday. It's the weekdays that it stacks up.

This is great news. I can tow the back way past Beaver Run out 286 with the truck and enclosed trailer but won't go that way with the motorhome. Way to many hills.

All I can say guys about the rt 22 Construction was that on this past Saturday 5/2/15 we passed thru there near lunch time. And it was moving along nicely near to the 40 mph. posted speed limit with no stopping or slowing at all. Now think about it , there is No Where in the Tri State area this time of year that you're not going to run into Construction along the way .

Really Tony. I drove right through with no delays, stopping or slowing. I drove right through like I do every weekend. I went through about 130-145.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Bud's Auto Sales Nostalgia Stock/Super Stock class tomorrow. Looks like it will be a lot of fun. I hope to see a good variety of class iron.

PRP bumped the time back tonight for test and tune:

With the lane restriction on Route 22, we are going to go on the side of caution, and move the times back by 1 hour for tonight's test and tune. Gates will open at 6:30pm, with racing starting at 7:30pm. We hope that will help reduce any traffic delays, along with any traffic delay induced stress!

Why should they bump it back? Why not let the guys who get there early get some runs in? Did they discount the price for running beings it is going to be an hour shorter? Just stirring up **** beings I am not going to track this weekend. Big Grin

It wasn't shorter, they ended an hour later

And the reason why they moved it in the first place was because some of the track employees were stuck in the traffic jam

That is good to hear.

Question for PRP racers. Its clear the starter holds the tree for all deep stagers, but is PRP going to use Auto Start? Thank you

I'm not 100% sure, but I think they already do.

This may be the only time I ever say this, but I agree with Tony.

Thanks Tony, im def going to ask the next time i go to PRP. Several races i seen this past week i thought forsure it took more than the time allowed. I think it should be on all the time even for the deep stagers. Also hats off to all the winners and runner-ups and to the track crew.

I announced from third round on, and nothing is sticking out in my mind.

Does anyone know when the diaper rule is kicking in at PRP. I have to redo a few header tubes but I would like to race a few times before I am down while doing this.
