Did anybody else park too close to the fireworks on the night of fire? A buddy of mine pits towards the end of the 1320 and had flaming firworks bits on the top of his trailer and his race car was covered with ashes and glowing embers. Were the fireworks set off in a different location than previous years? Maybe in the future they should announce to put your car in the trailer or shoot them off further away.

Use to be over towards dirt bike track. Can't use that area anymore. Otherwise what goes up will come down.

Great day for racing, looking like another one tomorrow. Big thanks going out to Kuskie Automotive, for adding $100 to the Top class purse today, and for Sunday.

Our sponsers at PRP have really stepped up this year adding the the pay-outs. Although I haven't taken advantage of it by taking home some of the added moneys it is still really appreciated. Thanks and great job guys.

I hope they update points on the website, went a few rounds last weekend. I wonder if it was enough to move up a few.

Congrats to Kara Jo, getting her first W in the Top class.

Tip of the cap to my buddy Rick Clay, a class act. He won Street Saturday night, and then made a donation to the Thinking of Nikki Foundation.

Congrats to Mia Tedesco, getting the runner up in Super Gas at the NHRA Bowling Green divisional, to Troy Coughlin Jr, then coming back up in Super Comp, and dropping a .016 package on Luke Bogacki's .022 package, to get the Wally!

Al, you have really been racing well lately, congrats! Points will be posted as soon as they can be.

I had a good time racing Pat's dragster Sat. night. I'm looking forward to driving it again, soon.

And maybe next time I'll remember to have the seat belts latched for first time trial. Interesting ride, to sat the least.

I am now the proud owner of the firesuit that Ted Trischler wore when he drove The Krispy Kritter. I would like to use it as a prop for Open Throttle 360. I am in need of a mannequin or suitable dummy, an old open faced helmet and a set of goggles. Any help would be appreciated.

I would have bet $1,000 that would be your reply.
Does that suit make me look fat?

Don't think so Chuck. He hit the Magnolia thread, too. Guess that opens the door for us to advertise other track's races on their thread.
