LOCAL CONTENT CREATERS LAUNCH MOTORSPORTS SHOW
Open Throttle 360 will covers topics from racing to vintage car collecting
(Aspinwall, PA – October 22, 2012) Creative Agency 321Blink is gearing up to launch a weekly motorsports show on PCNC. The debut episode of Open Throttle 360 will air Wednesdays at 7:30pm and will re-air Fridays at 1:30am. “We are starting off with an abbreviated season this year and plan to run at least a 13 week season beginning in the Spring of 2013,” said Tim McLaughlin, President of 321Blink, the creative agency that was recruited to produce the local motorsports show.
Open Throttle 360 will cover a wide variety of automotive interests, including the local race scene, vintage car collectors, high performance vehicles, hot rods and customization, and a variety of topics that would be of interest to the typical automotive enthusiast. “The tri-state area has a rich history of racing and people with an affinity for fast cars”, explains Tripp Clarke, co-host and Producer of the series. “From the world class event we have locally with the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix to drag racing at Pittsburgh Raceway Park, there is an awful lot of exciting motorsports action right in our back yard. Open Throttle 360 will be the only TV show that caters to that audience,” he added.
Veteran racing journalist and automotive enthusiast Tom Lang will co-host the series. “There’s a lot of us who grew-up with muscle cars, racing and spending our weekends working on them in our garage with our buddies. There’s a special camaraderie that exists between car and racing folks and we hope that Open Throttle 360 brings that all together, “ commented Lang.
Open Throttle 360 premiers Wednesday, October 24 on PCNC at 7:30pm. To watch the show trailer visit
