Just learned how to post pictures. I started this project about a year and half ago. It's a 70 Coronet(Bruce Bowman) that I bought with a 318 and automatic. I installed a 528 Hemi and a 4 speed lenco. I balk-halved it, installed a cage and narrowed the dana myself. I had to patch the quarters and stretch them two inches so the tires would fit. The car has A/C, power steering, power windows, power and heated seats, tilt column and an eleven speaker stereo system. It's at the body shop now getting the quarters straightened. After I crashed my last car I decided that I wanted to build something that I could drive on the street and not have to worry about balling it up. And no, I'm not planing on making any passes with it. I'm painting it the same color as Ginos Ford, and it should be done some time this summer. I didn't plan on doing this much work to the car, but things just kind of spirraled out of control(along with my credit card).

ChuckTTony, I was wondering why I didn't get pics. It is easy enough. That is an awesome build. See you at the King of Street/True Street race in August with it????

Way cool pic of the puppies too.

ChuckTEric, let me know if we have you counted right.. 1 OH buddy, 1 NY buddy?
Counted 'em, Markie, thanks!
Thanks to our newest sponsor, All Around Transportation/Limo Services LLC, 724-697-5466, donating $100 cash to the big race purse.
That's $300 in the purse before an entry has been bought! And we are surpassing the 80 mark in attendees. VERY conservatively, the big race final round should be at least $800 to win, $400 runner up! We have a strong shot at the $1000/$500 if we get some more confirmations after the last reminder email went out last night. This is the latest list (alpha by first name)... if you're not on it and want to be, please email us at steelcitydragrace@yahoo.com

ChuckTNope! Even if all attendees do not enter the $20 race, 65 entries at $20 = $1300, plus $300 from our sponsors = $1600... like I said, VERY conservative estimate right now!
Plus... our sponsors gifts will be available!
