Well It was in 2006 that the original founder Danny Son's started "What Drag Racing Needs More Off" and it was on this day December 23, 2018 that I had to remove it.

Times are changing and in order to implement google ads across the DRR and Bracket Talk sites we cannot display any "adult" photos or they block ads showing on our site.

I appreciate your understanding and I know this wasn't what you were hoping to find here, but believe me when I say it was a VERY HARD decision Wink

All Member ~ please refrain from posting any links or photos of this nature moving forward. And to all members who played a roll in keeping this 13 year tradition on Bracket Talk alive, Thank you.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,
SL...

I enjoyed checking out the new pictures most every day, sad to see it go but I understand your decision, Scott.

There are plenty of sites where you guys can get your fill of "adult" photos.............or so I've heard!

I saw those Ashley Madison ads. I figured it was just another porn site. So rather than just clicking on the ad, I did a search. Do you know what that site is all about?! They openly facilitate extramarital affairs! Seriously? That takes some serious *alls. Eek Take care. Tom Worthington

If it seems that bracket racing has gotten too expensive for you, maybe you are just doing it wrong.

I rarely ever come to this section because I am not here to look at naked women or fight and argue with others. I am here because I like racing and helping others with racing questions.

With that said America has just become too politically correct and sensitive. I would also add that for everyone who was offended by those pictures there was probably 3 that liked them.
So like all of America we have the vocal minority determining what the majority can say and think. America used to be Free and we believed in "Live and let live" You do what you want and I do what I want. Now they want to tell you what you can and can not do, what you can say and can not and what to think.

I understand Scott having to do this and I do not blame him, to me it the direction all of America is going and I do not like it. Tells me we are not really as "Free" as we think we are. It said Warning there may be nudity or graphic language that was enough for me and if that bothers you do not go there.

Kind of like if you do not eat pork and a restaurant sells food. Do you order something that does not have pork in it or do you go to a different restaurant or do you have that one shut down? Even though I do not come to this section very often I do not like that it has in effect been shut down because someone was "offended" and I happen to like bacon.

Offended by the specific objective of facilitating extramarital affairs? Um, yeah! How about promoting pedophilia? I mean, is there ever really some line that should never be crossed? Maybe I am just too old to be objective. Take care. Tom Worthington

I don't know if it has anything to do with anyone here being offended by the pictures (I liked em!) or pedophilia....the girls at times did look quite young. But there is a place for many things. And just maybe a racing site isn't the place. Jr dragster racers are bracket racers too. And that material wasn't appropriate for most jr racers. So we can all say don't click on it or whatever. Our local track photographer also does some pretty agressive pretty lady stuff. And it was all on his Facebook page....along with the jr pictures. The jr's want to see pictures of themselves they could buy. And right next to it you click and there are girls with next to nothin on. Some people did object and he changed it. Which I think is a good move. There are about a million places on the web to see girly pictures. This doesn't have to be another. Even though I miss them.

I see your point. However the bigger picture is more important in my opinion. In these days of people being offended, PC correctness, etc. it amounts to creeping censorship and infringement of others rights and freedom. A fact all too many people readily give away due to simplefied justification without consideration for unintended consequences. I say... the "right to keep and see bare boobs shall not be infringed"! Well ok we all like boobies. But what direction has the access to boobies gone over the past 20 years? I think we have far more access to checking out all sorts of boobies now than we did then. I really don't think it is a pc thing nor even someone getting offended. I think it is a free market thing. Certain potential advertisers have certain requirements. If we want their support, it comes with these strings attached. The boss decided he wanted the revenue. That's his decision in this free market and I think it is great that a business owner can still make those decisions for himself!
