Ive got a 2750 pound mustang,306 on alcohol timing currently on 28 10.5 radial tire running 710s at 3500 ft pf air 90 degrees.Going from a 411 gear to a 488 just curious what difference this would make?

Should help little motor pull on bottom end as long as can handle rpm at the stripe.!/8 mile no issue, but 1/4 mile it will be humming pretty good. Go to Wallace calculator and rn humbers it will get you dang close to real numbers.

If it hooks up, it will be faster. You may be in for some suspension retuning to keep it consistent, especially with the radial.
