I spoke in person this morning with the head of drag racing operations at Goodyear. I consider him a friend, and I do believe him when he tells me this ABSOLUTELY DID NOT COME FROM US! It's possible that the training and the response are both real. Wouldn't be the first time a plant put together its own training. Screwed the pooch on it, and had corporate correct them and make sure everyone was on the same page. The letters words are very carefully chosen and frankly quite vague.
