For the tow truck. I fabbed up the system that is on it years ago. Illinois has taken its toll on it. But I was never real happy with my work that time anyhow. The wrap around style clamps leaked in a couple cases. That annoys the heck out of me. Required attention a couple times. I weld where I can. But sometimes the tough areas to weld aren't my best work either.
Is there a favorite clamping method for where you have to have breaks for removal? Ball style? V bands? What doesn't leak?
Any other advice for making a nice, leak free exhaust system?
