I am new to this site and wanted to share a few pics of my car, that is as soon as Mr. Woodfin can post them for me. It is a project that I started in 2007 and just now able to complete. It has been a long journey to complete but it has been a very satisfying experience to build a complete car from start to finish. Larry Woodfin has been such a huge help to me along the way from his vast knowledge of drag racing to keeping me on point to finish this project. Thanks Mr. Woodfin

Monte has done an excellent job with "Little Chief" He is a talented builder/fabricator with a good eye for style and design. I consider myself fortunate to call him my friend and valued partner in Team Woodfin.

It is, in fact, a beauty. I have watched it evolve and have continued to be impressed with the detail of a 1000 small things. Monte is very detail-oriented and I have learned much from him.

By tha way, in the photo with the hood off, notice it has two horns covered with chrome grills. I ask Monte why he wanted horns, he said "in case someone is in my way"

Yes I noticed that as well. I’ve got Fiamms in my car…..always beep at the HOT chicks…. I also have a back up alarm for those that won’t move.

Very nice and clean! I like the color and the fact you kept the mirrors.
I also like the black rims.
I was curious about the chrome in front of the rad.
Interior looks great and like the access panel for the dipstick.
One thing I noticed though, you don't have a pull back on the gas pedal.

Good luck with it!

Cool

That is actually my idea for a core support made from aluminum stock. I considered a toe pull on the go fast pedal but I have a history with ingrown toe nails. Smile

Thanks Guys, I really appreciate the positive feedback. I am chomping at the bit to make some initial test hits but the track temps in Texas right now are a tad high for me in an untested car. I started this project in 2007 so a few more weeks shouldn't be to bad. No wait, what.
LOL
