I have had a 582 brodix bb2 headed motor in my 14 American 4 link dragster and best et was 4.85 at 142 in the 1/8 I just switched to headhunters and was wondering what people think it could possibly go with them on a 582 on gas with a 1250 APD in the 1/8 and the 1/4

Which HH? My good friend runs that ET with his 582/383 headhunter on gas with a 1250 Getem carb in his 245” 2022 Elite Chassis dragster with an Abruzzi 9”, big bubbas and 4.30 gear. Car w/driver, race ready weighs 2026 lbs. ran a best. to date of 4.72

The 383 mc heads motor was built by sunset performance originally and has sunset special pistons and special cam I think I figured the cam with 1.8 intake rocker ratio should have close to .900 lift could be wrong

My friends dragster goes 4.70's with a Sunset 582 HH. I was having Sunset 582 HH being built for my old car, (now wifes) 07 Mullis but changed it to a 598 on suggestion by Ed aka 1320.

What did it go in the 1/4 if you ever raced it in the 1/4 and what mph

where in the lord did you find a set of HH 383 MC? I cracked one beginning of this year and couldnt find a set on the entire planet!!

Bought a used set off a guy near me he blew his bottom end up and the piston hit both heads on both sides and moves the seats in the head so they have to be sent out and get fixed

My aluminum 582 sunset went 4.500
