Does anyone have any experience with the 210 heads? They are not the race port heads and it doesn't look like anything was done to them. What seems to be their limits before putting much work into them cubic inch and power wise?

I have a 23 year old set of the 210e series. I've went a 5.00 in the 1/8' with them on a 406sbc in my 4 link dragster.

Yes, seemed to top out around the 550 hp level or so, without doing anything crazy with them. A friend of mine ran them, car went 10.60 @ 124 or so at 3400lbs. Lowish rpm engine, 7400 rpm 406 SBC.
