When the SLE is on is the car at dead Idle? If its up lets say 2k then opens up it may not be getting a full shot off the booster pumps.

it is lean due to pump shot not being enough and or the idle mixture circuit being too lean...either by the adjusting screws and or the idle circuit air bleeds

Does it do it if you turn it off and whack your foot down as fast as you can? The SLE may be opening faster than your foot does.

I have a K&R sle. I had this problem when it was new and there is a small screw adjustment on the solenoid to fix that. What manufacturer is yours?

Zoom Zoom is that to slow down the opening rate? So it doesnt slap the throttle open as fast?

e85 requires in my dragster at least 165 at the line or it bogs. Be sure it is plenty warm. With e85, I take and extended tour of the facility when I first unload to put some deep heat in the engine. I hit the 2-step a couple of times once warm prior to returning to my pit. I do not ever let it cool off below 140. If it does, I warm it back up or the bog will get me on the starting line. I run 47's squirters front and back in my Proform 750, but had them on race fuel as well. e85 likes a warm engine...

Good Luck & Great Racing

Try some larger squirters or opening the mixture screws 1/4 to 1/2 a turn.

Yes, K&R calls it a speed control and it will help a engine stumble or tire spin situation.

to me it sounds like its either opening to fast or its not getting a full squirt from the squirters.
