I order a Silver Simpson Bandit direct, guy says we don't have any silver, we gotta build one, gonna be at least two weeks.

It arrives at my door in 4 days, next day air, no next day air charged to my card.

3 years later I order Simpson belts, girl says they gotta build them, two weeks minimum to get em out.

6 days later, what is sitting at my door? Simpson belts.

The people at Simpson are on it.

The set I have in it now, are Impact. They're pretty nice too.

These look pretty decent. I don't have one sticker on my car now, I think it's gonna get a Simpson sticker, for being easy to do biz with.

-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

So you think Simpsons service is great huh

At this years Houston Nationals I ordered a new made in the USA Speedway shark Helmet at the trailer. They measured my head and said I need a 7 1/4. I ordered it with radio system with speaker cups, D Rings and helmet skirt.

I received the helmet about 10 days later and it does not fit. I get a RGA and sent it back for a bigger one

A week later I get the helmet back and it fits but the speaker cups are just falling out.

I was going to be working near the Simpson factory so I took it back in person, the guy I talked to agreed and said they should of never been installed like that and said they need to install new cheek pads made for speakers and said they would fix it and ship it back.

This past Friday I received the helmet back, it fits great and the speakers are installed correctly but wait, guess what they removed the helmet skirt and did not reinstall it!! They folded it up nicely and put it in the box. WTF !!!

So now I am waiting for a call back so they can try and get it right a 4th time!!

I have never had so much trouble getting a helmet in all my life. Was was going to get a Impact but It was raining in Houston and bought it on a whim while I was at the Simpson trailer..

Now what were you saying about the great service from Simpson?

You seem to have a lot of bad experiences with vendors.

I seem to have a lot of good experiences with vendors.

Just a coincidence? Confused

I figured I'd share a good one.

I have four pairs of D1ckies shorts here don't fit, size 38" I ordered online from D1ckies.com, I have D1ckies 38" waste on right now. Confused

I'm gonna order 42", to be sure this time, put on a belt.

I never had a major preference in belts in my door cars, but I did always use Simpson. When I started racing my roadster I tried Simpson first and could not stand them in a confined space. After three sets of belts, I settled on Pro1 and will continue to use them exclusively in all my cars.

This place is just stupid out of hand anymore.
If it is not about either one of the 2 guys it is about one of them.
Despite that, someone posts an atta boy for a manufacturer as he got good service.
Along comes someone and instead of just passing it by, they have to fook up the atta boy with their own drivel.
Cant just leave it up and leave it alone.
So what is the incentive to atta boy your own favorite manufacturer when you know someone will chime in with their un asked for experience.
It's not like the company has ripped off hundreds of people or anything, where they would deserve a slamming. Nope just someone with a bad experience that cant make a discussion about it. Bull crap.

It's not a bad experience until the vendor tells you to go get F'd.

In D1ckies case, they got right on the phone and sent out return labels, no big deal.

And D1ckies discounted the shorts they sent out today, to make-up for the mix-up, which they didn't have to do.

Sh1t happens. It's not as if the sizing mix-up, was intentional.

So retard rietow, just what vendors do I always have problems with, please post them for me.

And just to let you know, the sizing issue was just the minor issue and understandable even tho they measured my head and told me what size I needed.
The installation of the speakers on the 2nd redo and then leaving off the helmet skirt off on the 3rd redo after fixing the speaker issue is on them and obviously they have QC issues. I drove down to the factory today 4th redo, for a 2nd time to finally get this resolved, that is 2, 7 hour round trips I made from Ft Worth They fixed it while I waited and apologized for their fuc ups and its over

You do understand now after being informed by me and several others, these bearings are new, and not over a decade old, correct?.

I don't think anyone, including me, were being negative informing you of this fact, I think the people who chimed in telling you the same thing I did, were genuinely trying to inform an inexperienced opinion, yours.

Truth will never seem negative, unless your not interested in Truth, and only looking to hear from people who will support your misconceived notions.
