Hey guys, I am wondering if anyone can give me a link to a rear lift handle for a glide. The handle that bolts on the shorty tail shaft support. I have looked at several vendors and can't seem to come up with anything. Thanks in advance.

The one thing i wish the chassis guys would do when making these supports is to put a bend in them to get the lifting handle a little more over the the trans toward the engine side. most dragsters are very limited with space above and the chassis cross members above the rear of trans always seem to be in the way of your lifting hand when you are bringing the trans up and out. just bend a couple inch offset in the plate assembly and BINGO!

Can't imagine it would be very hard to get S&W to do exactly that for you.

I believe they are talking about at the back of the trans.

I went through the bottom with the trans once, and never again will I go out the top. Grab handles. Lower to the ground. Jack up the car. Slide out the trans.
