Zip TieBattery Chargers
Which battery charger is the best for 12 volt and bracket racing? Optima battery. Moroso, Optima or what?

EmanWhen Sears was still strong they had chargers on sale. i bought a small float charger for around the house and a larger one on wheels for the track. Wheels are a must so it follows you to the lanes, don't ask how I know. They are both Schumacher and have worked well for years.

Curly1This is the battery charger I bought on the recommendation of several here who had good results with it. I to have had good results and like it. Note I have had several of the Shoemaker chargers and I would say away away from them.
Also I have a cheap battery maintainer from harbor Freight that has worked well.

Bad NewsAfter seeing 2 HF tenders fry the batts I elected to stay away.
Tender JR was what I ended up with and as I recall it was only 25 bucks. Made my blue optimas last 7 years.
But when they died they died, and yes in the lanes.
