Neat piece. Last time I picked up a rock, it nicked the belt and then jumped a tooth. Sure would be good insurance

Wish this would have been available last year. I put on the Jesel cover and it's, well, less than ideal. Cool JB

If we weren't so busy I would use our 3D printer to make some lightweight parts like this. They just don't look very nice though.

all this to cover a belt drive.

Me, I'll continue to run a timing chain, specifically Rollmaster and OEM cover as I have for over 25 years on the engines in my door cars without failure.

Last year I installed a gear drive best thing i ever did , if u dont care about the " harmonic" theory and a little whine its the strongest longest lasting piece of equipment that will pay for itself in a couple of years ... For those that have a jesel its a great idea as i have scrapped 2 belts from small rocks in the last 3 years.

I don't care what Ed thinks, I like my new cover and it looks better than a silly old timing chain cover.

yes , we experimented with a few different types of polymers for strength and heat resistance countless design changes and modifications to get it right . It is critical to use correct heat range, proper tip and the right polymer to achieve perfection . Not as easy as just pressing print on a cad design and sitting back for an instant product...lol takes roughly 10 hours to make one cover .

I didn't state anything negative about the cover. It fits the bill for those concern about rocks getting in their belt drive and destroying their engine same as does the jesel cover and others.

That can't be right. I have had plenty people tell me they thought all I had to do was send the program to my cnc machines and it would make the part. LOL Considering some of the parts I have been trying to make lately, I wish I could just export the solid and watch it cut.
