My only comment is that is a big cam. It's bigger than what I use in my 588 but you're also a little over 1000 pounds lighter than my car.

I think its a little short on duration. 285/306 on a 114 runs better.

My duration is 282/296 114 center installed at 112. try moving it to 111-112.

Cam is definitely short on duration on the EX side but your combo seams way off still. I am sure the tall tires aren't helping with that rear gear also! What's the converter stall for this combo? I'd try to use a shorter set of tires just to see how that effects your performance, something around 105 rollout.

I probably should have checked that before posting to get recommendations, but just a pain in the ass with the grid. haven't taken the lap top to change the two-step rpm so i can flash it. the converter flashed 6400 before the motor blew up and we rebuilt it.

If you have the grid, you should be able to see the flash in the rpm graph. You dont need to raise the limit an flash it.

You have every right to believe your camshaft is problematic. It is. Every area of it, is incorrect.

You ever check the roll out on those rears. Yikes. Especially with only a 4:10. You ever thought about a little better LC like a 115 or so. I prefer to stay at no more than 850-860. for stability.Good luck to you.

Replay the grid and see what the fall back rpm is after shift . That will be you a stall rpm idea . It takes 1150 HP to run 155 in 1/8 at 1985 lbs in a perfect world .....what rpm does it shift at ?

Mr. Top knows lol ...jmo but I think you probably have several issues going on . There definitely should be more power there .

So pulled my runs of the Grid yesterday, but all the runs collected only show 1.2 seconds of the run on all of the ones we pulled? Under settings, it showed cutoff RPM was 3000, post time 1 second, and max time was 300 seconds?! What do I need to change?

Click on Data Acquisition Tab.

Then click on the Start Recording tab.
Mine is set to:
Engine RPM Above 500 RPM
AND Step 1 (Most people set this to Launch Input, but I use step one to check delay box)
State On

Next, click on Stop Recording tab.
Mine is set to:
Engine RPM Below 500 RPM
OR Launch Input
State Turns Off
Post-Trigger Time 8 SEC
Max Recording Time 45 SEC

Those settings work fine for me, you may want less Max recording time but that's personal preference..

WHILE YOU'RE ASNWERING QUESTIONS, SHOULD YOUR MAX TIMING REFERENCE BE WHAT YOUR BASE IGNITION TIMING IS?

Well, it COULD be, depends on what you want to do.
What do you want your timing curve to look like?
