I can not say enough about the customer service from both Bob and Terry as far as my issues with Clear One. I only wish I had contacted them instead of voicing my opinion first. Not only is Bob going to warranty the products I had purchased he also offered to send me a product for my trouble. I responded with thanks but I don't expect anything and appreciated his offer. Then we spoke about my dog and cat rescue work and he graciously offered to support us with some product donations that we will raffle off in the future for the furry kids.

Thanks again Bob and Terry for going the extra mile for your customers. You have a fan here.

That's awesome to see a company stand behind their product. Even better they will donate to a rescue!!!! My wife and I are foster failures x6.

As I said on the other post, great people and product. Terry does a lot of engineering and testing of Clear One product, and I can tell you the stuff works and it looks great after many years of use. The aluminum jack and nitrous bottle holders are my favorite. I have even heard they have a product to properly hold a Simson Pro Rage h.a.n.s device.

Bob and Contender Products have always been a go to source for us and we always recommend people to him. Great Ohio based company that supports the racers and offer service that is next to impossible to find now a day.

Well I guess we can consider Ed's dislike for a product he never owned as a rousing recommendation to buy it. Again I am MORE than happy with the service I and I'm sure many got. By the way I am pretty sure we discovered the issues I had were from brake fluid contamination on the can rack. This only increases my support for this company since technically it was my fault the product failed.

Just got off the phone with the owner of Clear One/Contender Products. The plastic is made in Michigan and the products are formed and assembled in Ohio.

He was troubled to hear that someone on the internet was unjustly dissing their products claiming they are made in China, but said the anonymity of the internet lends itself to this sort of thing.
