Has anyone heard any news if the spring fling million is going to happen. Usually by now there is a flyer and some info.

I believe they are still waiting for clarification from the state/county that they wil be allowed to race. At least the facebook post from LVMS sounded positive that things will happen but right now they will let everyone know as soon as they know for sure.

Well NASCAR got the OK for 16K fans so it appears it will happen. They said they will have a schedule out on Monday the 22nd.

Who's Going?

I went out there a few years ago and had a great time time even though I didn't race.

I liked the Cannery Casino Hotel. It's like Motel 6 with a casino! Close to In &Out Burger. Walking distance to Del Taco. Just stay away from 7-11 late at night! Poker table was fun.

Anyway, who's going?

If anyone is interested I have a time share in Las Vegas for a week, that goes from Sunday to Sunday, and can rent it to anyone as a guess for the week of the Fling. It's a pretty nice place and can't beet the price. Click the link below.

I'm still debating running. I've ran the Pro Class the last 3 years they have ran it & you had to run the Million those years. This year it's not required.

My primary race car is being totally reconfigured at this time, but I do have a back-up shyt box (68 Camaro). I just don't have the confidence with the 68 that I do with the 80 Camaro. I'm planning on getting some testing done with the 68 on Mar 12th & 13th. Then I'll decide if I'll enter at least the 30K's & then maybe the Million.
