I’m sure some of you appreciate VGG video adventures, maybe not. I especially liked this one as I learned about a model A.
Enjoy

Carb bowl looks the same. Would you believe Auto Zone has a rebuild kit for them?

My first car was a cherry red '32 Chevy 5 window coupe. I bought it for $75 and drove it to school when I was in the 11th and 12 grade. Only put gas and oil in the car, never broke anything then sold it for $150 after I graduated, much to the surprise of my Family and friends, not that I sold it but that I actually graduated. 63 years later they still don't believe I graduated. Now I drive a '27 Model "T" Roadster.

Similar carbs were used on tons and tons of engines..

Zenith....Marvel Schebler

Updraft 1 barrel

Next to nothing inside them.

A bowl gasket, float ,needle and seat and usually a removable emulsion tube and some plugs small gaskets.

Some are cast iron, some are more modern material

Continental 4 banger flat heads had them.....
Old Lincoln and Miller welders.....

You'd have to be a little off kilter to attempt to drive that thing that far with numerous problems.....or even without problems...

I like to put VGG on the TV in the shop and let it run. Sometimes some pretty neat stuff on there. Plus love his sense of humor.

I like how he created his own vocabulary for engine bits. It’s probably what we would call parts if we never read the real names.
