Its that time of year again .LOL We always have someone wanting to cool their azz and looking for shirt or vest to do so. Tag. I am it.

Went to a test anad tune last night that happened to be running small block nitrous and boosted stuff.Never happen again. Another story. After getting suited up and stuck in car because drag azz crap for 3 pairs and 30 minutes. I am going to need something to coll my azz,my temper different story.

What are you wearing and how effective.PS I HATE HEAT AND NOTHING CAN BE TOO COLD. Cost counts as usual but its also health issue IMO. Will spend little extra for better piece.

I feel the same way you do about the heat. One of the reasons I'm moving back to the mountains in the near future..Florida is just too hot for me. Anyway, I had the same issue, and for me, it's a necessity. I bought a cooling vest from Glaciertek, and it was the best money I've ever spent. While you won't feel "cold", it definitely makes a difference. Enough so that I could sit in the car for more than 10 minutes without dying.....I also got an additional set of cooling packs so I could keep a set in the cooler and have a set to wear. Vest was $190, and extra set of cooling packs were $140, but for me it was a no brainer.

Here's the link to the one I got:

https://glaciertek.com/origina...ing-vest-blue-adult/

Now it appears that they offer those vests with additional cooling packs for not much more money....they didn't offer that when I got mine which is why I bought and additional set, but now it's offered with the vest for a better price. Here's the link to both versions:

https://glaciertek.com/sports-...plus-spare-pack-set/

https://glaciertek.com/sports-...e-plus-booster-packs

After not using one, then having one, I won't go to the track again without it. I use it around the house while doing yard work too and it makes the heat more bearable....

Thanks. Heck If I lived in Florida I would probably live in the vest. If had to work outside in Florida I would probably be in one of those white vest with sleeves that tie in the back.

Going to see how quick I can get one in.

Just checked, there is no SFI requirement for a cool vest in any racing category.

I use and recommend Coolshirt, our entire team uses them, once you use the Dragpak, you will not race without it.

You can reach out here or any of our Social Media.

I will never race without my Coolshirt vest again when it’s hot. You have to have a place to put the cooler though. I set it beside me in my roadster. Keeps me really comfortable.
