He seems really happy and relaxed at the drag strip. Brings lots of attention and money to NHRA drag racing. I see it as nothing but a good thing. You know NHRA loves the guy.

I am not a Tony Stewart fan but it is a good thing him racing. He will bring in fans, maybe Sponsors and that is a good thing.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

I think that puts him in Semi-Finals first race. We will see how he does tomorrow.

His opponent got smoked.

That's why they call him Smoke.

I believe he should be good for the sport assuming he can contain his temper.

Great round for both of them.

Not bad at all for Madison Payne and Tony Stewart.

Only thing I wish they gave more coverage to alcohol classes or regular basis and not just because of Tony Stewart.

He did a great job.
Losing by .0002 in the final is unreal.
Not a bad first National event for a guy that entered a National event without any grading points. Smile

What is the rules on Grade Points for Alcohol Dragster? Did he get special treatment?

They certainly gave Alcohol Dragster more coverage than normal because of him.

So basically if you have a bag of casn, can follow a routine and turn loose on time you can runner up in TA/D with Rich McPhillip's help.

It is cool to see what he did but there are lots of drivers that could have done the same thing. Put Monroe Guest in the seat and it would have been a win because Monroe would have been .030 or better all day long.

There is no longer a grade point rule with the Top Alcohol cars. I believe that went away when the switched to the reginal championship from divisional.

All forms of racing, up to and including NASCAR, F1, and Indycar have driver's who pay their own way, and most of them aren't NEAR as talented as Smoke. Haters' gonna hate...

Redundant comment, considering the motorsport clout Smoke brings to the table.

Small minded.
