Racer X, I don't know about your part of the country but over here they have now tore down all those Sizzlers that I knew about! If someone wanted to get in the restuarant business over here now, this seems like the ideal time to to do it because there are so many vacant restaurants. Within a mile of me a number of restaurants have shut their doors including a Chile's and two Village Inn's! And Quizno's shut down their local sandwich shop also! Thank God Los Dos is not a big chain, only five restaurants, two in Phoenix, one in Mesa and the original one in Springerville, AZ and, of course, their one in New York City! Tryin' to talk Lucky Wishbone outa Tucson to expand up here and put some KFC's and Church's outa business!
