Round 1 battle goes to the county. The county has denied the rezoning request by Portman Holdings necessary for the purchase to proceed. They, Portman, have filed an appeal so the battle continues. Something positive.

Could be some additional land available in that area real soon. Not sure how close the PGA property is to the track, but their new home is rapidly nearing completion here in nearby Frisco, TX.

PGA is about 10-12 miles away, and one of the closest home community to the track, Caloosa, hasn't made a peep about the noise / racing.


Drag Racing: where you spend more money for less time in the seat.
