The Pro Tree Racers Association (PTRA) has finalized its schedule and a new slate of classes. This is a drag racing organization that is based on pro tree drag racing. We have a wide variety of classes for all skill levels and racing styles. We have bracket racing, index racing and heads-up classes.

2020 PTRA Schedule
April 11 2020 Union Dragway
May 2 2020 Farmington Dragway
June 20 2020 Union Dragway
July 25 2020 Farmington Dragway
August 29 2020 Farmington Dragway
September 19 2020 Union Dragway

The classes are:
ProTree Sportsman: This is a “dial your own” category for cars 7.50 and slower with DOT tires and mufflers. A .500 Pro Tree with a full binder is used.

ProTree Eliminator: This is a "dial your own" category designed for any full body entry running 0-7.49 dial. This is an all run eliminator. No timed throttle stops will be allowed to be used. A .500 pro tree with full blinder is used

Pro 7.0 Index: This is an index category designed for any full body entry running against a 7.00 dial. In Pro 7.00 Index, the top eight qualifiers against the index will make the elimination show. All non-qualifiers may run PTE at no extra charge. No timed throttle stops will be allowed to be used. A .500 pro tree will be used.

6.0 Index: This is an index category designed for any full body entry running against a 6.00 dial. This is an all run field. No timed throttle stops will be allowed to be used. A .400 pro tree will be used.

Racer X: This eliminator is designed as a heads-up class open to any door car or truck. Stock suspension or true back halved machines only. No full tube chassis allowed. The majority of the factory firewall is required. No wheelie bars permitted. . Tires are restricted to 28 X 10.5 (No W's), or 275/60 Drag Radial only.
