Not sure if anyone else had posted this yet, but I saw ads all over Facebook this morning about Maple Grove Raceway For Sale, $8,000,000.

Hope a racing investor buys it as I'd hate to see another local track lost like E-town, 75/80, etc.

111 acres shows to be the original plot. The ad states the sale includes 450 acres and like 14 plots.
