We should not be involved in this issue. It's hard to separate which country is worse but it isn't our problem. Just like the middle east. Our government likes to meddle where it doesn't belong and spend our money elsewhere. We have more important issues to take care of here. Spending is out of control.
Someone pointed out recently that the downfall of Russia was caused to some extent by the enormous military spending they did to get ahead of what they thought we had with star wars or whatever the really decent Reagan bluff was.
Give that some thought when numbers like $33 billion in military aid to another country come up.
