SPRING FLING VEGAS INFORMATION UPDATE:
With the coronavirus on everyones mind, we wanted to give our Fling Racers an update on our upcoming Vegas Spring Fling Million event.
Currently, the Spring Fling Million is set to run as scheduled April 14-18. We are working diligently with both the LVMS track, and with local Las Vegas officials to stay on top of the coronavirus situation.
If there are any changes, we will let everyone know as soon as possible (via text service and on social media). We also realize the anxiety this is causing, not only to the racing community, but the entire world. With that said, please try to be patient and trust we will make the best decision for everyone involved.
We plan to keep everyone up to date if any changes or updates were to occur.
Please text Fling to 74121 for immediate updates to our Vegas event.

The Motorplex had already cancelled all the up coming NHRA events and our local 1/8th mile track got the axe today. They are in the same County as the Motorplex

Attention in the pits!! We just were informed by the judge of Ellis County that no venues of any kind(inside or outside) that holds more than 50 people cannot open under law. This deeply saddens us to the core!! As this is our passion, our business, and all of you are our family! We have to all pray that this turns around quickly and life gets back to normal soon. Everyone be safe and we will see y’all when this is over

The Fling here may be an issue. Our governor just ordered ALL casinos closed until further notice. AS you know most of our hotel rooms are in casinos. MGM had already closed all their facilities and were not taking any reservations until after May 1

**IMPORTANT VEGAS SPRING FLING MILLION UPDATE**
After a long day of staying tuned in with the latest updates regarding the coronavirus and largely due to the announcement made by the Governor of Nevada this evening, we unfortunately have made the decision to postpone the 2020 Spring Fling Million to a date later this year.
We are currently working with Jeff Foster and LVMS to get the new date released in the very near future. When the new date is announced, drivers who are currently entered will have the option to remain entered in the event, or receive a refund if the new date does not work for them.
We are excited to deliver the Fling experience and excitement that racers are anticipating in Vegas in 2020. Thanks for your understanding and working with us during these trying times.

Well, Racers and Race fans with careful consideration and concern for safety Alien City Dragway will Postpone the 2020 Racing season till further notice . We will resume our schedule ASAP . Thank you for your cooperation ..

I suppose, at this point, the exception would a place that is racing. I have noticed a few local places renting their tracks out for private test and tune sessions, with a ten person max. Take care. Tom Worthington
