I'm guessing if it's just a traditional pacemaker you should be fine. If it's one that also acts as a defibrillator you would be best to ask your doctor but I would say the answer would be no.

Hope none of the radiation / EMI / RFI / or other rays from all them ignition systems and cheatin' devices don't make ya go haywire!!
