It's going to vary for every car/setup somewhat.
For IC 55-62 inches out and 6-8 inches up should be a very safe starting point.

Id start at about 4400 for a launch RPM and play around with it and tire pressure as needed. You may need a decent timing curve on launch to control wheel speed.

For Shock settings, if you have a data logger with shock sensor, I shoot for about .8-1.2 inches of compression at the hit, with a shock velocity around 25 give or take 3. For the actual settings and clicks, it'll just be whatever it takes to get those numbers and that will vary depending on how they are valved (i highly recommend Adam Lambert with PRS for that)
