It's that time of year again, and we're getting the stage set for The BEST Big Dollar Footbrake Race in the Northeast, The 3rd Annual LAST CHANCE FOOTBRAKE RACE on OCTOBER 10th & 11th at Cecil County Dragway!! The race where not only do we give away $10,000 on Saturday, and $5,000 on Sunday...but we also give away the MOST Round Prizes and Giveaways anywhere!!! Its about my only chance to get up that way and see all my old friends from the North East and I will definatly miss coming. Everyone up that way should support this race. Its a good one.

I would love to come back to this one again this year. The long track and the tough racers in the Northeast was not very kind to me but I had a blast. Maybe Team Coalburg Racing Promotions can make it back up there in the fall. We will both need rides if we do. Steve will never rent another Mustang again .

Just wanted to let you know that if you are planning on spending the night or weekend at The Last Chance Footbrake Race on October 10 & 11th, and need a hotel room, The Best Western North East Inn, the Official Hotel and Round Prize Sponsor of The LCFBR, is offering our racers a great discount!

When you call to book your stay, let them know that you will be there for our race, and you will only be charged $75.99 (+ tax) per night!! The hotel is only 5 minutes from the track, and is the newest hotel in the area, built under 3 yrs ago.

The Best Western North East Inn is located at 39 Elwoods Road, North East, MD (literally around the block from the track). You can contact them directly at #(410) 287-5450.

When booking your room, you MUST call the hotel directly (as listed) #410-287-5450 since they are the ones who are doing the sponsorship. If for any reason you have already booked your room and were quoted a higher price, either let me know and I will take care of it for you, or please call the hotel directly and they will correct it.

I called the other day and reserved 2 rooms, the price I was quoted was 84.99,+Tax, I guess I should call back to comfirm the price, I told them I was comming for the race.

I'm so sorry about that, I took care of it for you. The cost is updated with the hotel. It comes out to $82.82 per night (that's with tax).

A note I have to make is that you must call the hotel directly (as listed) #410-287-5450 since they are the ones who are doing the sponsorship. I will note it above.
